The 5th Annual David M. Petzold Memorial Golf Tournament is scheduled for Friday May 20th. Attached is the registration form for those interested in playing, and a sponsor letter for those who may be interested in donating or assisting in this year’s event. Last year, all proceeds went to the Officer David M. Petzold Memorial Foundation, this year the Tournament will again proudly support the Foundation and its mission.
