Petzold Laboratory – Open! Posted in News on Friday, March 25th, 2011

Thursday March 24th was a special day for so many as the Officer David M. Petzold Digital Forensics Laboratory of Lehigh County was dedicated.  As family members, Foundation Board associates, District Attorney Jim Martin and staff, DeSales faculty and staff, local officials and police officers from all over Lehigh County stood together, words were said and a plaque was hung and all admired the technological laboratory that a combined partnership effort established.  It was a proud moment for everyone involved.  The Petzold Foundation would like to thank everyone who participated in the creation of this lab as well as those who will carry on it’s mission in the day to day.  As the pinnacle of the Petzold Foundation’s goals, it was an honor to be a part of the creation of this facility and know that it will make a difference in the beloved community of Officer Petzold’s for many many years to come.
